About Us

I'm calling from the dream
I'm sharing what I've seen
I've seen something wonderful
I've seen something obscene
And I'm not letting go
I've seen the future and I know
The prize I'm going for
Is worth the pain and more
So don't ever let go
Of the dream you know
That's deep inside your heart

Calling From The Dream  is a musical adaptation of the biblical prophecies of the old and new testaments of the coming of the messiah.

The show combines theatre, dance, special effects, and song in a rock opera format.

Based on the Revelations of St. John the Divine, it also borrows the imagery of Ezekiel and Daniel. Remaining true to the story, the opera is an allegorical account.

Production scenery, costumes, and music reflect a contemporary perspective. Those familiar with the texts , will recognize immediately. Those unfamiliar,  will be entertained by the principal characters, John, Jess, and of course Josh, along with a supporting cast of 24 performers.

The 90 minute show is divided by a 15 minute intermission and is an entertaining  presentation with class, elegance, style and surprises !

So that all may enjoy this beautiful message of hope, for the non-hearing patrons,
the show is presented in sign language.

Calling From The Dream is performed in the Ajadaha (ah-zhuh-dah) Theatre. In addition to being designed for portability, it also features superb acoustics and all 825 seats have an unobstructed view of the stage. State of the art lighting, sound, and special effects complement the theatre. Special attention was given to the design to be fully handicap accessible. It also lends itself to be an integral part of the production, as the walls and ceilings are actually projection screens. The Grand Foyer located between the box office and main entrance, with it's gift shop, refreshments, and restrooms, welcomes before the show and during intermission.

The show travels self-contained in semi trailers specially designed to travel over highway or on rail. A small town in its own right , as it provides the staff and performers dormitories, private bathrooms with a community whirlpool, onsite catering kitchen, laundry services, and self powered by generators in addition to electricity provided by the hosting city. Local purveyors of goods and services are invited and encouraged to contact us, as we "give back " to the community for their gracious hospitality , when we perform in their town. Special rate performances are given to groups, especially to schools, to introduce and encourage the appreciation of the performing arts.

 Let the dance enchant !
